1 RETURN POLICY


Please contact The Handmade Craft Company Online before returning any items.

We aim to ensure we provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our goods, however colours may vary on different monitors.


1.1 CANCELLATION


Should you find you have made an error with your order please contact us within 24 hours so that we can try to rectify the issue for you.


In accordance with the distance selling act you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.


The Handmade Craft Company Online suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.


1.2 NON RETURNABLE GOODS


Personalised items are non-returnable.


1.3 SHIPPING


To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back direct to the crafter. You should mail your product to: The Handmade Craft Company Online, Unit 5 Holme Grange Craft Village, Wokingham, RG40 3AW United Kingdom


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund becuase the items are faulty, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



2. REFUND POLICY


In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please contact us on online-shop@handmadecraftcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange. Any goods being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging.


2.1 REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
